Well, the wedding is finally over! We did get the announcements finished that night, thank goodness. So now to delivering the rest. I got sick on Sunday the 16th and was sick on the 17th with the flu. So my amazing Momma delivered all the invitations left while I laid around sick. Thank goodness for having the world's greatest Mom!
With all the invites done, we were ready do just get this over with. On Tuesday, the 25th, I got sick at work, and was sick all night. The next day I was going through the temple for the first time. What perfect timing to get sick! Branae ended up getting sick that night too. My parents and Logan were sick on Wednesday morning. But, sick as we may have been, we headed to the temple. We made it through the session without any problems thank goodness.
On Thursday night, Branae wanted me to sleep in her room with her, so I did. About 5, we woke up to puppies whining. Her dog had her puppies in her clothes in the laundry basket! I didn't wanna be awake THAT early! I went to get my hair done at 6, and we headed to the temple about 7:15. We got here and everything was fine, except I was so nervous. As soon as we walked in and saw all the people in the sealing room waiting for us, I started crying. I couldn't contain it anymore. I'm so nervous to be getting married, and now all these people are going to be watching?! After it was all said and done, I felt much better.
Our luncheon was fun! All the family there together. We both had to swallow a gold fish. Yummy! But we got over $130, so it was worth it! Chelsey Kennedy made a very nice video of Marcus and I. It was awesome!
The reception was much prettier than I expected it to be. My family did an amazing job on it! I couldn't believe how much time they all put into it. Thanks everybody for all your help. It was very much appreciated! I love you all! The line of people coming to the reception was the length of the backyard the whole time, and my parent's don't have a small back yard. We were constantly talking to people and it was great! I couldn't believe that many people came to congratulate us. Branae caught the bouquet, but my Dad told her she had to give it away, so she gave it to Tiffany LeCheminant. Maybe she will have the same luck as I had when I caught my cousin's bouquet in August. :)

I'm so glad I found your blog! It's fun to hear about your wedding from your perspective. Everything turned out really nice and I got to tell everyone I know about your "fun little tradition" with the goldfish! That's a new one for me!
