Does anybody know anybody that needs an apartment? Our old Falls apartment is up for lease and is only $600/month. The owner pays the water and HOA fees. It's upstairs, 2 bed, 2 bath, quiet neighbors, nice location. It's a good deal with a good property management company running it. They take care of your needs whenever there is something wrong. The best part is... We had to pay rent for June, so you could move in tomorrow and not pay rent until July!
